Description
The Water Forum is seeking qualified firms to provide a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for on-call professional services. The Water Forum is administratively a department of the City of Sacramento and follows City policy and guidance for all legal, procurement, insurance, and contractual matters. Proposers to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must demonstrate experience and capacity to deliver the services offered, as well as sufficient understanding of Water Form needs and the ability to scope and deliver professional services in an as needed and timely manner. The on-call list will be used for the next five City Fiscal Years (October 2026 – June 2031).
