Description
<p>The City of Oxnard (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified investment advisory firms to provide discretionary investment management and advisory services for the City’s operating and capital funds, excluding pension funds. The City’s current portfolio is approximately $450 million. The City may determine, in its discretion, the portion of the portfolio to be managed by the selected firm and may increase or decrease the assets under management during the term of the agreement.</p><p>The selected investment manager will be expected to provide professional portfolio management, fixed-income research and credit analysis, cash-flow and maturity analysis, policy compliance, performance measurement, reporting, investment strategy, and ongoing communication with City Finance and Cash Management personnel. The selected firm shall act in a fiduciary capacity to the extent required by applicable law and the final agreement.</p> <p></p>
