<p>The City of Oxnard (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provideroutine landscape maintenance and related as-needed services for specific landscape maintenance districts and amaintenance assessment district (Maintenance Assessment District 4 and Landscape Maintenance Districts 3, 10,11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 23, 24, 25, and 53). Because these special districts operate under constrained assessmentrevenues and controlled budgets, the City is not issuing a single fixed routine service scope for every location.Proposers are required to develop district-specific Base Service Packages aligned with the City’s Target AnnualBase Service Amount while adhering to the technical standards established in this RFP.</p> <p></p>
