Description
<p>The City of Oxnard (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance and related Supplemental Work for Community Facilities District No. 5 –River Park (“CFD 5” or “District”).</p><p>This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The City has defined one mandatory Base Service Package. Each proposer shall price the same required work, fixed service intervals, routine observation frequencies, service capacities, condition-based triggers, included materials, response requirements, and performance standards. Proposals will be evaluated under the criteria stated in the RFP. The Contractor shall not reduce a required interval, routine observation frequency, service capacity, response, or maintenance result without written City authorization.</p><p>The Base Service Package includes all recurring labor, supervision, equipment, ordinary mobilization, routine materials, and coordination required by this Scope, including turf and condition-responsive planting-area care, irrigation operation and routine repair labor, seven-day public-space sanitation coverage, refuse and dog-waste service, park and amenity care, dog park operations, detention basin and dry-swale landscape work, nature-trail maintenance, graffiti response, mulch installation, reporting, and related recurring duties.</p><p>The City intends to purchase a complete maintenance result, not a fixed number of crew hours. Contractor may determine efficient staffing, routing, sequencing, equipment, and means and methods, but that discretion does not change any required result, fixed interval, routine observation frequencies, service capacity, response time, or service boundary.</p> <p></p>
