Description
<p>The City of Oxnard (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provide routine landscape maintenance services, additive alternate daily visible-area services, and related as-needed services for Community Facilities District No. 2 - Westport at Mandalay Bay (“CFD 2” or “District”). To maximize service quality within defined fiscal parameters, the City is utilizing a budget-controlled solicitation framework for this project.</p><p>Budget-Controlled RFP Model</p><p>Under this budget-controlled model, the City has established a maximum annual amount for routine base services without prescribing fixed frequencies for each individual service category. Proposers shall develop the best practical annual Base Service Package for CFD 2 structured within the City’s stated annual cap.</p><p>Base Service Package Parameters</p><p>The annual Base Service Package cap is $250,000, and the proposed Base Service Package shall not exceed</p><p>$250,000 annually. At a minimum, the Base Service Package shall include the service categories identified in Section 4. Proposers shall identify the proposed frequency, trigger, staffing approach, service limits, assumptions, and exclusions for each service category.</p><p>Proposers may include higher-frequency service, enhanced service, or additional routine service elements within the proposed Base Service Package, provided the total annual price remains at or below $250,000. Services not included in the accepted Base Service Package may be performed only as City-authorized as-needed work.</p> <p></p>
