The City of Des Moines, Iowa ("City") is requesting sealed bids from qualified, experienced contractors to remove and dispose of junk, debris, and refuse as well as large quantities of paint and other potentially environmentally hazardous materials from the building and metal shed located at 200 Euclid Ave in Des Moines, Iowa as per the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Bid. Responses will be accepted through this electronic bidding system by the close date and time listed. Faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered responses will not be accepted.
