Replacement of HVAC boiler, pumps, and control system in Cliffdale Library building. Replacement includes upgrade to condensing boiler with new vent and combustion air duct, piping modifications, conversion to primary/secondary pumping system, building automation system heating hot water and chilled water system controller replacement with BACnet integration to existing enterprise system, and additional to support installation to meet project drawings and specifications.
