Description
The Town of Brookfield (the Town) is seeking sealed bid proposals from qualified contractors to replace HVAC equipment at the Brookfield Library, as detailed in the engineer’s specifications ‘2026-08-10 BTL HVAC Reno.pdf’ posted separately to this invitation to bid. The project consists of replacing two existing air handling units and associated external hot water heating coils, outdoor air-cooled condensing units, refrigerant piping, heating hot water piping, and electrical power.
