Description

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting proposals through the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System for the RELLIS Water Tower in Bryan, Texas. This project will consist of a new domestic water well, water transmission main, cooling tower, and ground storage tank facility is needed to support the campus. The well will be an approximate 3,200-foot deep well providing up to 1,934 ac-ft per year of water at a rate of 2,800 gallons per minute. This well system will connect to a proposed cooling tower and a 500,000-gallon ground storage tank. The ground storage tank will be interconnected to a new 1-million-gallon elevated storage tank (under previously approved sub-project) to supply the campus.
