Martin County is seeking proposals from licensed and experienced Contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to expand the existing Tropical Farms Water Treatment Facility by 4.6 million gallons per day (MGD) of reverse osmosis (RO) treatment capacity. The project includes RO treatment and process improvements, site and building improvements, chemical and pumping systems, electrical and SCADA upgrades, a new 3.0-MG ground storage tank, and all related work necessary to provide a complete and operational system. MANDATORY A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tropical Farms Water Treatment Plant, 8595 SW Kansas Ave, Stuart, FL 34997.
