Description
The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract shall include but not limited to the following: 1. Relocation of the Biosolids Control Room from the ground-floor electrical room to convert the upstairs locker-room to a new Control Room including the following: a. Relocate newly built-in existing lab furniture from the electrical room currently also used as a control room to the new control room, and finish areas where furniture will be removed in the electrical room. b. Demolish the shower, remove lockers and install a kitchenette with features shown on the drawings in the new control room c. Replace existing water heater and wall air conditioning unit as shown on the drawings. d. Install plumbing, electrical outlets and internet cabling as shown on the drawings. e. Perform structural work to the roof and existing observation window as shown on the drawings. Representatives of the Owner or Engineer will be present to discuss the project.
