This Competitive Sealed Proposal (or CSP) is the intention of the Lone Star College System (LSCS or The System) to purchase services for the LSC Kingwood Fire Science Water Line and Septic System Project. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Lone Star College System will evaluate proposals and award a contract to the Proposer whose proposal represents the Best Value to Lone Star College System. All prices and/or discounts are to be effective from the time of submission until completion of the project and acceptance by the System. Prices for items requiring delivery are to include delivery charges FOB Lone Star College System. The Lone Star College System is seeking competitive sealed proposals (CSP) from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, testing, inspections, and closeout services necessary to construct: Public 12-inch water main Public 8-inch water main Private 8-inch fire service line Fire-rated compound water meter assembly vault RPZ backflow prevention assembly Aerobic septic system with drip irrigation disposal field Related utility appurtenances, testing, restoration, startup, and commissioning services This project shall be completed in accordance with approved plans, applicable City of Houston standards, TCEQ requirements, and all associated contract documents.
