Description
The City of Houston ("City") is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide construction services for the 69th Street Wastewater Treatment Plant Oxygen Plant Replacement, including, but not limited to, demolition, site improvements, installation of a new oxygen production facility and backup liquid oxygen systems (pre-purchased equipment), associated foundations, sound barrier wall, conduits, pipelines, electrical and control systems housed in a new electrical and control building, instrumentation, plant instrument air system, security, and other related infrastructure. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination necessary to deliver a complete and fully operational facility in accordance with Houston Public Works (HPW) plans, specifications, and project manual .
