The City of Houston (“City”) is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide construction services for all work described in the contract, including City‑furnished products, contractor responsibilities, required work sequence, coordination, site use, tree protection and selective removal, field office setup, utility disconnection/reconnection, traffic control, and compliance with the Street Cut Ordinance.
