The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified respondents with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk and provide CMAR Services for the renovation of the Convention and Visitors Bureau located at 505 S Austin Ave, Georgetown, Texas. The City is issuing this solicitation pursuant to Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, of the Texas Government Code. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk through this solicitation following a one-step process as provided for in Section 2269.253 of the Code. The Architect for this project is Parkhill The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
