The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for: CR 228 Water Line improvements. Bid Number 202704 The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the construction of 12” water line improvements at various locations shown on the plans along CR 228. There is approximately 9,600 linear feet of 12” PVC water line, gate valves, fire hydrants, water service connections, driveway repair, and other miscellaneous construction activities. Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/CurrentSourcingEvents.aspx Sealed bids will be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on or before Thursday, November 19th 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read. Bids must be submitted on the complete project. Bids may be received in hard copy. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to City of Georgetown, ATTN: Senior Buyer, P.O. Box 409, Georgetown, Texas 78627 and the outside of the envelope must be marked CR 228 Water Line Improvements. All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound document. The name, address, and license number of the Bidder must be plainly marked thereon. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday November 2nd, Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations: On-line at http://www.civcastusa.com.
