City of Georgetown is accepting sealed proposals to provide the Medical/RX Stop Loss Benefits. The successful proposer (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. ATTACHMENTS AND UNDERWRITING INFORMATION The City and/or Alliant will release the following underwriting materials to registered Respondents, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements. Respondents are responsible for promptly identifying any additional information required to complete underwriting and provide a firm Proposal: •Census. •Medical and Prescription Plan Document(s), including available 2027 plan design and benefitsummary materials. •Plan Year 2023 through 2026 year-to-date medical/RX claims and large claimant reporting, through the most recent period available. •Submission forms and pricing (Exhibit E). •Current 2026 stop loss policy/renewal amendment and applicable endorsements. •City of Georgetown Stop Loss Questionnaire (Exhibit A-1), provided as a separate solicitationattachment and required with the Proposal. QUESTIONS and INQUIRIES Questions and inquiries about this Request for Proposals shall be submitted through the Ebid system or in writing to: Nicole Abrego at nicole.abrego@georgetowtexas.gov. The deadline for written questions is November 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM (CT). City staff may prepare responses to questions from Respondents to the best of their ability in advance of the Proposal Due Date. Sealed proposals must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before November 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
