The City of Carrollton is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to provide the City with Medical/RX Stop Loss Services. Proposals should be submitted in person, by mail, or electronically. We highly recommend bids be submitted electronically as this is beneficial to the vendors to ensure a complete proposal is submitted. Paper bids can be accepted by the close date and time listed in this bid event. Documents must reflect the bid name and number listed in the solicitation event. If submitting paper copies of the RFP, proposal packets will be received by the City of Carrollton at the office of: RFP# 26-039 Medical/RX Stop Loss Blake Williams, Purchasing Manager Carrollton City Hall Building 1945 E. Jackson Road Carrollton, Texas 75006-1790 until the close date and time listed above in this bid event; at which time proposals duly delivered and submitted will be considered.
