The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: • Renovation & adjustment of Reception Area • Selective demolition as shown in plans • Replacement of ceiling grid and tile, and interior lighting as shown in plans • Painting of walls in interior areas and offices • Protection of office furniture, equipment, fixtures, files, etc. to accommodate work including temporary relocation. • Electrical modifications and additions to accommodate new workstations, offices and other areas as shown in plans. • Adjustment of HVAC ductwork to accommodate new ceiling grid and lighting. • Development and implementation of comprehensive construction phasing plan and schedule that includes coordination with city staff and vendors while maintaining operations. Engineering Estimate: $1,500,000 An optional to attend Pre-bid meeting will be held at the Crosby Recreation Center (1610 E Crosby Road, Carrollton, TX 75006), September 22, 2026, at 11:00am Pre-bid questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be excepted until 3:00 P.M. October 6, 2026. Should it be necessary, an addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:00 A.M. on October 09, 2026. Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Crosby Recreation Center Renovations, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual. Vendors should not contact anyone other than Engineering for questions related to the proposal process.
