Description
Replace the Fairbanks FSS chiller, four AC units, chilled-water piping, and associated electrical systems. Provide temporary and redundant cooling during construction, modify Panel P1 and HVAC circuits, then complete startup, testing, commissioning, FAA training, punch-list work, and project closeout.
