Amendment 0002 - Updated versions of documents "Final Solicitation - FA460026Q0119 - 09.17.2026" and "Attachment 1 - PWS - 09.17.2026" have been uploaded; all previous versions of these documents are obsolete. The following document was also added to the attachment list: "Q and A 09.17.2026 J43". The final solicitation has updated the quote due date to 23 Sep 2026, increased the page limit of proposals to 30 pages, and incorporated additional technical criteria. See the updated document for specific details. Amendment 0001 - The servicing location is restricted and no electronic devices will be permitted. This includes cameras, phones, smart watches, bluetooth devices, or wifi connectable devices. The meeting location for the site visit will be the B1000 visitor center on Offutt AFB, NE. Those that do not make it to the visitor center by 0900 will not be allowed entrance nor will contact be made due to secure facility and lack of phones. DIRECTIONS: Enter base through the STRATCOM gate, proceed through one traffic light and turn left at the second. The meeting location will be the south side of B1000 at the vistor center. This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for commercial SERVICES in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for programming the Human Machine Interface (HMI) to allow manual implementation of Island Mode for the power (i.e. removing B1000 from commercial power), upgrading the Master Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to latest hardware and software.
