Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Q&A document (Attachment 05 - Questions and Answers Ver 2 - 9.15.26). This updates that �All Contractor personnel shall provide and maintain the appropriate security clearances as required for access to the SATCOM Campus. This includes a minimum of a Secret clearance, with Top Secret clearances required for personnel accessing TS/SCI areas. Contractor shall provide minimum personnel clearance within 180 days of employee start date.�.As well as the DD0254 (Attachment 09 - dd0254 - 9.15.26). Offerers must submit Attachment 09 - dd0254 - 9.15.26 with their submission. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 15 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT as well as upload an updated combined solicitation to reflect the extension (Combined Solicitation Ver 3 - FA4600Q0101 - 9.14.26). No further extensions will be granted. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to upload Attachments 05 - 08 as well as additional apendix A - I. There are three Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documents pertinent to the solicitation. Offerors who are interested in receiving these documents must return a signed copy of Attachment 07 - CUI NDA - 9.11.26 to the Contracting Office and have a current (not older than three years) self-assessment score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) of 110. If the offeror does not have a score of 110, they must have a Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&Ms) filed in SPRS.
