This amendment has updated the Period of Performance in the solicitation and is to post the question and answers. See attachments for full details. The objective of this project is to extend and install necessary electrical power and plumbing (water supply) from the existing Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Shop to the designated exterior Wash Rack. Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters a) The contract provision pertinent to this section is RFO 52.212-1, which has been incorporated by reference. b) Submission of Proposals. Offers shall be submitted no later than 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, 22 September 2026 via email to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Joaquin Camacho at joaquin.camacho.3@us.af.mil. Files in .zip format may not be received by this office. e) To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of offers, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. The proposal shall be clear, concise and include sufficient detail for effective evaluation. Responses to this solicitation shall strictly adhere to the requirements set forth in the solicitation and the corresponding Statement of Work (SOW).
