*** 18 September 2026 - Amendment W9127N26BA0240004 Bonneville Lock and Dam - Navigation Lock 1 Bridge Replacement *** This amendment effects changes to the Block 14 (Description of Amendment/Modification): Solicitation Specifications, Section 31 68 13.00 99 � GROUND ANCHORS, Part 1 GENERAL, Paragraph 1.5.2 Qualifications are changed as detailed in the SUMMARY OF CHANGES. Solicitation Specifications, Section 31 73 20.00 99 � JET GROUTING, Part 1 GENERAL, Paragraph 1.7.1 Qualifications are changed as detailed in the SUMMARY OF CHANGES. Solicitation Specifications, Section 00 73 00 � Supplementary Conditions, Paragraph L. - COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984), the Period of Performance is amended as detailed in the SUMMARY OF CHANGES. This will allow for work to occur during the 2029 and 2030 In Water Work Window years. Environmental permits remain unchanged by this amendment. Marine Mammal protections as listed in the specification, and as governed by the IHA, included with the Attachments, remain in effect for the permitted years. No in water work, that is governed by IHA, will be allowed beyond the IHA permit years allowed.
