* Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the solicitation: SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from Friday, September 18, 2026, at 9:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to Monday, September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Bids received prior to the solicitation closing date and time will be secured and opened at the date and time specified above.
