Description
The Ramsey County Housing Stability Department (HSD) administers the City of Saint Paul’s Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Award pursuant to the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and conducts a solicitation to select and award multiple ESG subrecipients (“Responders”) that can provide Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, and Homeless Prevention services within Ramsey County.
