Ramsey County, through the Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board, seeks responses from qualified contractors to provide youth leadership development and empowerment programming services at the Capitol Commons. Capitol Commons, located at 546 Rice Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55103, serves as the central hub for the Capitol Area Public Safety & Vitality Program, a collaborative initiative between the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office and the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board. Funded through the Capitol Area Community Vitality Account, the program emphasizes public safety through community engagement, youth and family programming, and neighborhood vitality.
