Ramsey County (the “County”) seeks to partner with local agencies that serve eligible households who are experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness. Through the provision of supportive services and/or direct financial assistance, agencies must align strategies with the Minnesota Housing and Finance Agency (MHFA) Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP) guidance to ensure that homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
