Description
The Project consists generally of the following major items: 1. Remove and replace six packaged units and one split system for a total of 57 tons. 2. Clean existing ductwork on existing units. 3. Provide pre-construction and post-construction test and balance. 4. Provide new control system via new controllers and new jace. 5. Add Alternate #1: Replace RTU-1 air distribution for new VAV controls; complete with ductwork, terminals, etc. 6. Add Alternate #2: Replace two existing toilet exhaust fans.
