Description
Demolish all existing HVAC systems serving the building. Provide new mini-split systems to serve all building spaces with all new outdoor heat pump units to be located on the roof. Demolish and replace (2) roof mounted outside air units and (2) roof mounted exhaust fans like for like. Provide new electrical infrastructure to support new equipment. Remove and re-install new roof.
