Sealed bids will be received for the 2025 CDBG, Water System Improvements: CDBG No. 25P-X-129-2-6785, at Desoto City Hall, 134 Luke Street, Desoto, Georgia 31743 until October 13, 2026__at 11 a.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. All requirements of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, 41 USC 8301 note, and all applicable rules and notices, as may be amended, shall be complied with.
