Sealed bids from general contractors will be received by the Atkinson County Board of Commissioners at the Atkinson County Board of Commissioners¿ Office, at 86 Main Street, Pearson, Georgia 31642, on October 1, 2026, until 2:00 PM local time, for construction Street and Drainage Improvements for a total of 1.352 miles in the Heritage Hill neighborhood- FY2022 CDBG 22p-y-002-1-6262. Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from Statewide Engineering, Inc., 516 East Ashley Street, Douglas, Georgia 31533, 912-384-7723 for $200.00 per set for full printed specification and plans, or $50.00 for specifications and plans emailed in pdf format (non-refundable). Plans and Specifications are also on file (for view only) at the Atkinson County Board of Commissioners¿ Office. All Bidders must receive a bid package from the Engineer in order to be considered certified. Bids from non-certified Bidders will not be considered.
