Description

This project involves various upgrades, improvements, and replacement of equipment and processes for the City of Melbourne’s Grant Street Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). Upgrades and improvements include but are not limited to the influent pump station improvements, new grit removal systems, new Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) treatment trains with splitter box and clarifiers, scum pumps, RAS/WAS pumps, electrical building, and other sitework, electrical, and controls equipment as described in the construction documents. NON-MANDATORY The pre-bid meeting will be held at the Grant Street Water Reclamation Facility at 2300 South Grant Street, Melbourne, FL 32901 at 2PM on November 9, 2026. An additional Contractor site visit will be allowed to visit plant site on November 19, 2026 at 10 am.
