<p>For a complete scope of services being requested and submittal requirements, please refer to the RFP documents.</p><p>The City of Carlsbad Police Department is requesting proposals for pre-employment background investigation services per the attached terms, conditions and specifications. Your proposal must be submitted as described in the attached Request for Proposal. Additional documentation may be added if desired. Please review the entire package before submitting your proposal. Incomplete submissions may be rejected as non-responsive. Our goal is to have the successful contractor(s) providing services as soon as possible after selection. The agreement will be for a <strong>three year</strong> <strong>term</strong> with up to two additional one-year optional extensions.</p> <p><strong>Please direct all questions about the proposal in writing via email by 5 p.m. on November 18, 2026 to Lt.
