<p>The intent of this Request for Quotation is to issue one (1) General Services Agreement for on-call armed security guard services for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) one year extension options as identified under Exhibit A Scope of Services for the City of Santa Rosa Police Department in compliance with the specifications, terms, conditions identified within the RFQ.</p> <p>Contractor shall have an established business currently located within Sonoma County that includes a physical location/office.</p>
