Description
The City of Jal, New Mexico is soliciting qualified Design-Build Teams for improvements to the City’s Wastewater Treatment Facility, including design, permitting, construction, equipment integration, startup, commissioning, and operator training. This procurement will use a two-phase design-build selection process; this Beacon Bid event is for Phase I qualifications, with up to three teams shortlisted for a separate Phase II submission event. Offerors should carefully review RFP No. 2027-01 in its entirety before submitting, as the project scope, technical requirements, proposal format, required forms, attachments, and submission requirements have changed from prior solicitations. Proposals must comply with the current RFP and Beacon Bid submission instructions.
