<p>The City of Bakersfield (City) owns and operates Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 2 (Plant 2) and Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 3 (Plant 3). The intent of this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) is to solicit qualifications from engineering firms qualified to design improvements to the City’s two wastewater treatment plants in order to continue providing sufficient capacity and treatment for the residents of Bakersfield. Responses to this RFQ/P shall describe the firms’ capability to design improvements to existing wastewater treatment plants.</p> <p>All interested firms must log in and download full RFQ/P specifications located under the 'Documents' tab.</p>
