<p>The City owns approximately 65 active domestic water wells, which are operated by California Water Service, that supply potable water to the City’s drinking water distribution system. The City is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit qualifications from experienced engineering firms to provide design services for two separate projects: (1) Water Well CBK-81 Construction and (2) L-211 1,2,3 – Trichloropropane (TCP) &amp; H2S Treatment.</p> <p>All interested firms must log in and download full RFQ specifications located under the 'Documents' tab.</p>
