The White County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Request for Proposal to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, installation, implementation, configuration, training, support and ongoing maintenance of a Next Generation 911 (NG911) compliant call handling and telephone system for White County 911 Communications. The proposed system must provide a modern, reliable, scalable and user-friendly platform that supports emergency and administrative call handling, text-to-911, caller location information and continuity of operations.
