Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and select a qualified Contractor to provide a modern, reliable, and compliant telecommunications solution to replace legacy copper Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines and Centrex digital lines. The County is seeking a turnkey solution that may include voice over internet protocol (VoIP), wireless LTE-based services, or other equivalent technologies that ensure continuity of service, improved resiliency, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for delivering an end-to-end solution, including assessment of existing infrastructure, solution design, implementation, migration, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support services.
