<p>The City of Fresno (City) Capital Projects Department is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural engineering firms to provide on-call consultant services.</p><p></p><p>Services will be on an on-call basis and will include, but are not limited to, architectural and engineering design services for vertical building projects, facility improvements, site and infrastructure‑adjacent projects, and planning or programmatic studies. Work may involve new building construction, renovations and expansions, structural and seismic upgrades, building system design, accessibility compliance upgrades, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, demolition, sustainability improvements, hazardous materials abatement design, temporary facilities, and swing‑space planning. Associated site improvements may include parking facilities, miscellaneous site structures, recreation and athletic facilities, public safety facilities, and park or open‑space structures.
