Description
The City of San Luis is accepting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide On-Call Professional Engineering Services . SOQs are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal no later than 11:30 am on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 . The City intends to establish agreements with up to six (6) qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed, task-order basis. Services will be assigned based on project needs, consultant qualifications, availability, expertise, and the specific requirements of each assignment.
