<p>The City of Ontario is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineers (Consultant) to expand on Feasibility Study recommendations and produce a preliminary design report for the Pure Water Ontario (PWO) Advanced Water Purification Facility in accordance with the scope of services described in Exhibit A, Scope of Services.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">Bidder must attach PDF of completed Non-Collusion Declaration form in the designated submission field. The bidder shall submit an electronic copy of their technical proposal as a PDF in the "Response File" field. An electronic copy of the Fee Proposal must be submitted as a pdf in the "Cost File" field of the "Attachment" tab. (***The "Cost File" is MANDATORY and the Bid Management System will not accept your submission unless a "Cost File" attachment is uploaded.***) Electronic files shall not be larger than 100 MB. Should proposals exceed 100 MB, please separate the document into multiple files.</span></p>
