<p><span style="color:#222222">City of Corona Utilities Department invites qualified and experienced consultants or consulting firms to submit proposals </span>to develop, Energy Control Procedures (ECP/Lockout-Tagout Program at the Water Reclamation Facilities – (WRF 2).</p><p>This Scope of Work defines the tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables required to develop, implement, and maintain compliant Energy Control Procedures (ECP) to protect employees from the unexpected release of hazardous energy during servicing or maintenance of equipment.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">All Respondents shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the PlanetBids platform for the Project. . Respondents shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Respondents shall upload their fee proposal into PlanetBids as the Cost File. The fee proposal must not be included within Respondent’s Technical Proposal file. Respondents will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Respondents shall upload each required RFP form individually. The fee proposal must not be included within Respondent’s Technical Proposal file.</span></p>
