<p><span style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26)">The City is requesting proposals to provide Engineering design services to prepare the plans, specifications and engineer’s estimate (PS&E), including, but not limited to, environmental clearance, permitting, coordination with railroad, utilities, and utilities commission for the at-grade railway crossing safety improvements on Archibald Avenue in the City of Ontario, as outlined in Exhibit “A”.</span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26)">Bidder must attach PDF of completed Non-Collusion Declaration form as a "General Attachment." The bidder shall submit an electronic copy of their technical proposal as a PDF in the "General Attachment" field in the "Attachments" tab. One (1) Executed Original and Three (3) Copies of the Technical Proposal and One (1) Copy of the Fee Proposal in a separate sealed envelope labeled as "Fee Proposal" must also be submitted by the electronic submission deadline. The hard copies must be submitted to the Records Management department, 303 E. "B" Street, Ontario, CA 91764. Electronic files shall not be larger than 100 MB. Should proposals exceed 100 MB, please separate the document into multiple files.</span></p>
