<p>The City is seeking a qualified consultant team with at least 10 years of relevant experience in marine biology, marine ecology, plankton ecology, or related disciplines. The proposed team should demonstrate recent (last 5-10 years) experience successfully completing projects of similar scope and complexity. Desirable qualifications and experience include: A. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including preparation of concise reports and effective presentation of data through maps, figures, charts, and graphs. B. Demonstrated experience conducting marine biological and/or phytoplankton monitoring, data analysis, and interpretation relevant to the scope of this project. C. Experience completing comparable projects for public agencies, water utilities, or similar clients.</p> <p></p>
