Constructing a gravity sanitary sewer reroute at the Katherine Plant-approximately 138 linear feet of 8-inch SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer main between two existing manholes, including manhole tie-ins(rebuild bench and invert; core/boot connection), abandonment of the existing line with non-shrink grout, sewer by-pass/flow control during tie-ins, erosion and sediment control, and all required testing
