Description
The Duval County Property Appraiser’s Office (DCPA) is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide high volume printing, variable data imaging, and mailing services for two major annual mailings in January and March. The selected vendor will be responsible for secure data handling, variable data printing, mail preparation, and USPS entry at the vendor’s local Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) on or before the target mail-out date. Vendor shall maintain sufficient staffing, equipment, and production capacity to meet all production schedules, proofing requirements, and USPS mailing deadlines identified in this solicitation.
