Description
General Information: The City of Havre de Grace (“the City”) seeks an annual contract to manage our printing, publishing and mailing service needs. The City intends to print and mail several newsletters, booklets, reports and postcards through the year on a scheduled basis. The City also has a need for advertising print jobs and associated signage which will be requested monthly on an as needed basis. The City may partner with more than one professional printer to accomplish our goals as a result of this solicitation. Quotation Deadline: November 25, 2026 by 2pm Electronically to through the procurement platform: Beacon Bid HdG Pre-Proposal Meeting : Not Required. Project Questions: All questions must be submitted by November 16, 2026 by 5pm through the Q&A link within the Beacon procurement platform. Period of Performance: Contract award as a result of this solicitation will be for one (1) year, intended to begin on December 1, 2026 and end on November 30, 2027. Extension opportunity available for three additional one (1) year periods upon mutual acceptance within 90 days of the contract expiration date.
