Description
Texas State University is seeking a qualified mail house services provider to support primarily the Admissions Office, with availability to other University departments. Services include storage and fulfillment of approximately 920,000 to 1,000,000 pieces of inventory annually; web-based ordering and inventory tracking; mailing-list processing, CASS, de-duplication and presorting; addressing and labeling; folding, tabbing, gluing, collating, inserting, sealing, metering and manual postage; print/copy on demand; proofs; USPS documentation; and pickup/delivery of publications. The contractor must support Texas State's nonprofit bulk-mail permit, comply with USPS requirements, maximize available postal discounts, provide a dedicated account representative, and generally complete mailing requests within 72 hours.
